THINGS TO REMEMBER:

Take a maximum of 3 eggs per week.

Even without getting thirsty, drink 10 – 12 glasses of water a day.

Read the labels of the food

Avoid those with saturated and Trans fat.

Include green and leafy vegetables in every meal.

When eating meat,take only the lean part.

Exercise at least 30 minutes, 3-5 times a week.

Don’t indulge in “eat all you can meal.

Always practice “PORTION CONTROL”.
